Complied by members of the Institute with a cumulative 100 years experience in the Boutique Business. As well as an introduction to the principles of tonal analysis, and seasonal colour, the basics of women's styling and dressing different body shapes, this course covers the seemingly logical areas of shop lay-out and flow, stock knowledge, constructive selling, window display and merchandising.

3) The Art of Selling, Merchandising and Customer Satisfaction
This is the only Retail Training Programme in the country dedicated solely to boutique owners, buyers and sales staff. Due to the intensity of the course, places are limited to 10. This ensures that all students benefit from the personal attention they require. Students receive a Retail Training Manual, a set of IICI tonal colour cards, an IICI Colour Wheel and an IICI Certificate on completion.
